A documentary of the SCORPIONS' recent tour of Russia which aired in April as part of Deutsche Welle's (DW-TV) English-language programming has been posted on YouTube. Watch the four-minute clip below.
The SCORPIONS were recently named the seventh most successful German band of all time in their country based on German CD sales. They are also the most successful German band in terms of international album sales.
"Live At Wacken Open Air 2006: A Night To Remember - A Journey Through Time" DVD which contains footage of SCORPIONS' concert at Wacken Open Air in Wacken, Germany on August 3, 2006 was made avalable in North America on January 8 as an Internet-only release. The set includes the German hard rock band's historic performance at the festival during which they were joined by former bandmates Uli Jon Roth, Michael Schenker and Herman Rarebell.
